lot rent +house payment+utilities cost....Mobile homes over 10 yrs old check for leaks rotted floor underneath especially in bathR, Mold & rot behind walls., not a lot of insulation. Please beware. I would never buy a M. home over 10 yrs. old. may look good but under floors and behind walls...

They do have some decent mobiles in low lot rent parks. But you purchase the mobilehome. I personally liked dealing with them.

Lot rent is $155,, plus whatever your house payment may be,,,, that's extremely low lot rent for the area,,, the lowest park I own is $395 and it includes nothing,,
