I just rented one of the 1 bedroom units… I was told that the unit was $50 per night. When I sent my SIL to book the place, I was charged $50 per night from the 22nd of December to the 1st of January. The 2nd of January to the 10th of January, I was charged $100 per night. Few days later, the price was changed from $50 for the 1st of January to $100 for the 1st of January. She told us that the deal ends on the 31st of December. Which does not make sense. Secondly, you would have to pay for your own electricity and there’s no WiFi. Just note, the $50 is not the price… you would pay more.

Liberian needs to stop saying "I will help you or the price depends on how long you stay". BS! Set a price per night and stay with it. Those who can afford it, will stay there. Those who can't, will find another place to stay. Pricing depends on customer service, location and experience. Don't be afraid to price your accommodations right if you trust your services, experience (customer's experience), and location.

What are you on about? Many people come with budgets, especially those of us from the states. In addition to, the longer you stay, you’ll be eligible to a discount. This is how hotels, Airbnb’s, and motels work

I must admit, the place is glamorous. But Liberian businesses name to make prices according to the economy. An Airbnb in Billing-Montana will be around $750-900 a month. Unlike Liberia, almost all airbnb is above a gram.
