No clean n brush after takr meal Lack of water Sinus problem Not well digestive system Suger Alot use junk food .......clean and di brush after meal...,neat clean spacr of teeth woth floss ...... brush on toungue ....consume water .....use suger free gums ....sinus and reflex problem so tske treatment.....avoid all process items ..... regularly check up teeth 😞

aoa sir meri 2.5 saal ki bachi hy.wo pani to buhat pi rahi hy lekin din me mushkil se 2 baar pee karti hy.. or pee karty waqt ya usky ilawa bladder k pas ya pee ki jaga me koi dard nahi batati.. kia ye summer season me normal hy kindly guide me.
