I got extremely lucky finding my Aarakocra Eagle Rander. I found only 1 more D&D figure pack at Walmart on clearance, and someone even tore it open, yet after inspecting, nothing was missing and proceeded to purchase the last and possibly best figure I could have found.

Glad you were able to pick that one up. I think I also bought a couple packages that were tore open but still had all the pieces. Unfortunately not everyone knows you can scan the boxes now, one of the downsides of LEGO stopping the use of the plastic bags. Thanks for your comment!

I stopped by a Walrgeen's a few days ago to pick up some other stuff and stumbled upon not one, but TWO Dragonborn Paladins! Don't give up hope!

Asda stores in the UK are selling these for £2.50 each. I managed to get 6 paladins in 1 trip and a few other figs I wanted.

I bought a box of 36 a couple of months ago to go with my 21348, and I honestly don't know if I was just really lucky or they're all like this, but I got three complete sets of 12. I'll be keeping one set where I live, one set at a separate location for safekeeping, and the third set for my players to mix, match and build their own characters from our ongoing campaign when we get together again next week. I liked most of the figures, but the Lady of Pain seems like a poor choice to me, especially when 11 of the 12 core classes were represented between this and 21348. Wish it could have been a Monk instead. Tasha is all right, the other NPCs are great, and the seven PCs are obviously great, too.
