I see that your trunk also broke. I wonder why they screw it down if it has hinges?? I am going to un screw it and see if the hood is the same story. If you look in the wiper cowl it looks like it has hood hinges too

For some reason the trunk lid would not close after I opened it so I had to shave some of the guide off. I drilled out the hood rivet and got it open but no engine. I’m not sure why they do that. Same thing with the G-Wagon from Maisto, no engine. 🙄

I have that SAME EXACT model but blue but trunk cant open and the engine door thing

I took it apart and the hinges then I drilled the rivets for the trunk and hood so they can open.
