If they "guarantee" a certain amount and don't fulfill it, do they give you a pop to bridge the gap or can you return it? Because prices fluctuate a lot. (I realise they got it right, I'm saying hypothetically, for anyone who is gonna tell me in the comments they did lol)

The "guarantee" is the PPG prices the day that the mystery box was sold so it is possible prices can fluctuate under the guaranteed value. I'm sure you could email them and they would make it right.
