Unboxing a $4000 Scotty Cameron | The 2021 Masters Scotty Cameron

This putter is (reportedly) the last putter that Cameron will be doing for the Masters. Have heard this from several "connected" friends who are in the know. I was fortunate enough to get one and its only seen daylight the day I got it in my office...opened it...took a few photos and sealed it back up! The older ones are going from ranges of 3500-10000 depending on model and year. I've not seen many of these hit the market. If it is true that this is the last of the Cameron Masters Putters...this could only grow in value and I cannot imagine what the overseas market may bring!

4K, that's not bad if you consider other things that are precision crafted and collectable. A rare Luigi Franchi 20 ga. shotgun can be about 25k, a Steve Mcqueen Rolex Explorer 2 model 1655 red hand can be 40k (note, never worn with box and papers). New around 1975, this watch would have been $500. A Japanese made Samiri sword can be upwards of 30k if hand crafted by a Japanese artist. This is just cool stuff to look for and buy if you can. Love my Scotty putter. I don't know if a Scotty makes me put better, but it sure feels good when I use it. Good video.

Not a putter collector (yet any ways haha), but glad you put it in perspective with the watch comment. Working with high end watches definitely made me understand the world of putter collectors and the justification of the prices too. Sure there is a lot of similarities in each world. @@NewNineGolf Went a bit crazy on the color scheme with purples, yellow and green. Replaced the grip with a matador funky green combo and same on the headcover. I love the squareback also. Literally had it One month before I sent it in. So I am anxious to put it back in the bag.

Berkmans Place is $10,000 a ticket but they must be bought in lots of I think 6 or 10 tickets and you must know a member. I was there in 2018 and I saw a guy walk out of the regular pro shop with 4 of these

The regular pro shop does sell a masters putter but only Berkmans Place sells the Scotty Cameron.

If I remember correctly the pro shop sells something similar because it was the same type of box it may have been a wedge or something but the pro shop sells something just like that but obviously not as expensive

This guy's acting like a goober hyperventilating just to touch this putter come on man respect it but take it out use it hit some putts keep it in your office hit putts with it everyday... hell take it out on the course putting greens and have a cocktail in the evening or play a few rounds with it. I've done all that with my premium Scotties and they haven't lost any value you can still keep them amazing and immaculate. I just give them a light cleaning after every time i use them and if you're not using it, put the damn thing in the head cover and watch out for the shaft scratching when transporting... Not like a brand new knife where everytime you use it, you're losing the sharpness of the factory edge. Took Tiger a few decades to wear a spot in his putter..

The price will drop and stabilize in couple of years .. buying 2021 masters putter in 2021 is paying the most premium you will ever pay. Also Doing this 2021 master putter video in 2023 won’t have the same feelings or emotion lol I am also a person who buy golf product to use it till grooves wear out .. so I don’t if I can buy $4000 golf putter coz my wife will sew my ass together Lol Great job though Thanks
