Resealed as soon as you open the box you could see a yellow tape on the back of the phone and also the front plastic protector had a large bubble and also the phone had iOS 12 straight out the box issued of iOS 7.

Definitely wasn’t factory sealed, as it was running iOS 12.5.7, which released only 8 months ago.
