Have you ever played an outdoor ukulele? They make plastic uke's in the states, and they sound really good for the money. They only make soprano's and tenor's though.

Warning about the bag: I ordered a Salamander TU50, similar to what Elsie is holding only with a walnut laminate top and it didn't come with a bag. I know Baz from GotAUkule got one which leads me to believe that bags are only being handed out to reviewers as they don't mention bags on the Flight website. I just wanted to let everyone know in case you ordered one (I love my TU50) and are disappointed with the lack of bag (they do look nice).
