Congrats, its great owning the very first GS reissue + urushi and maki-e technique. Brings me back to my earlier days where my grail watch was a Enamel presage. Might look into one of the presages for now! But hearty congrats on this new one mate!

Holy crap! At first, I thought that this was just one of those Presages with urushi dials as I didn't read the title properly. I've heard of this watch in some news on KZbin so I've only seen those pics taken by Seiko but it really blew me away when I saw it in your video! My only critique would be that gold is not my cup of tea.

I love love love this dial, the price is just too dear for me. The dimple near the handstack and the way it runs off the edges of the dial reminds me of the lacquered dial on my Submariner which has those same features. I reckon the clasp is also Grade 5 because Grade 2 is hard to polish.
