I like the official steelbook love that artwork. I love this film it's my third favourite after Aliens and Alien thought it was great.

👌👌 yeah after first watch that’s how I ranked it. But it very very quickly slipped down that ranking. Below all original 4 ( and believe me - I can’t believe I’m saying that where resurrection is concerned 😬

I know the official one is busy but I think that front imagine is great not a massive fan of the movie as a whole but some good parts and the new android charcther was great

I like the official one a bit better. I didn't like the film, but if i did, i wouldn't get the steelbook because its $65 here. About $70 after tax. I refuse to pay these prices.

@@lp7399 yeah I found that when I stepped into 4K. And on top of that - after - started getting into the steels more and the collected editions. I’m vowing - come the new year to ‘try’ and step away from most of the Special edition box sets with the crap in

I'd prefer the custom steel book. I received the blu ray of this from Zavvi today & the slip cover was torn in 2 places. It was really well packaged with no external damage, which makes me think it may have been sent like that, although can't be sure.

I've sent them photos of the slip cover, a new one would do, the disc & box etc are fine, cheers 👍.

Definitely agree that Resurrection is the better film...I've actually always liked it, nowhere near as good as the first 3!! Custom steelbook is definitely better 👌 I was really looking forward to Romulus, even more so when I found out Alvarez was directing, was really disappointed with it, would rather of had a conclusion to the David story, Prometheus has really grown on me over the years, Covenant on the other hand has not!! Alien Isolation is FANTASTIC if you ever get the chance to play it

I struggle with Prometheus and covenant. And never revisit them on franchise watches. But Prometheus did look good and was well made ( for all its thoughts ) Covenant bored the 💩 out of me. Also the fact its was a ‘course correction ‘ film - created more issues also.

The official one is like you say an avengers assemble type cover. Terrible😂 The custom is nice. Shame its an awful film😂

@@ajsmovieplace I'm the same. Had reservations from the start, but the more I think the less it makes sense😄 I did like the look of it and the old tech. They just need to stop trying to link everything with the other films and that black goo.
