Worst Electric cycle available in the market. Hero ?????..... What a joke... Their products are zero in terms of quality. They are more concerned about their exports and least bothered for local consumers. I bought a C5i in July 2021 and within 3 weeks I found number of problems in the cycle reason being that quality of the products being sold locally are of extremely poor quality because rather than manufacturing they outsourse most of the parts from local suppliers and don't bother about the quality. I REQUEST ALL NOT TO EVER INVEST THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY IN HERO'S ELECTRIC CYCLES.

Forget about that lifetime warranty on frame and 2 years warranty on other parts.... Once you buy their products they will not resolve your problem EVER. I have been facing warranty issue for more than 18 months but to no avail.
