You’re absolutely right about texting, the anxiety is too real. We weren’t meant to have such constant contact with each other.. think before phones, people couldn’t text, the only time they spoke was over the phone when both parties were available, or when they met up face to face. There was time in between for self and reflecting and recharging your battery.. it’s crazy

Hey, I live in Norway and during summer the sun actually doesn't set at all. And we have sun for 24 hours, now this is only for a couple of days but in general, the sun is only down for a couple of hours through the entire summer. And to answer your question, we still sleep the same amount. Our bodies still need 8 hours so it does not really change much other than it being a little bit easier to get out of bed in the moorings.

JULES did you know that back then humans never slept for 8 hours straight. They slept for 4 hours at a time. So throughout the day they took 2 four hour naps. And this helped humanz to be productive but we kinda adapted to sleeping 8 hours straight instead. The more you know!

i saw the eclipse outside at school, it wasnt that cool for where i was but it the lighting was cool and good for face pictures it looked like a lamp was lighting up the world

I saw the eclipse during one of my classes lol...I literally went outside and looked at it with the special eclipse glasses and then went back to class. Don't worry though, the professor said it was okay! 😆

im in Pennsylvania right outside of philly so we were supposed to have about 88-95% coverage of the eclipse but the best part was covered by thick clouds right before the eclipse it was beautiful out then right when it was about to start around 2 it started to get a little cloudy so i was able to see a little bit then it got fully covered it would peak from the clouds every so often then get covered again but for the most part we were able to see it but after the full coverage was gone then it was really sunny after that for the rest of the day but i was able to get some cool pictures with my phone by putting the glasses in front of the camera but i wasn't able to get any photos with my actual hand held camera since it was too bright and the glasses were too small to fit the whole lens

I feel like if the sun only shined for 3 hours that would be all our body would need to rest because; for example, if we were to only get three hours of sleep now then like we’d still be able to function.
