I just bought this headset 2 weeks ago and I’m having trouble with battery life. It only lasts 4-5 hours when it says it last about 11 hours with haptics on. I charge it all night and still only 4-5 hours. Any way to get this thing to fully charge?

I charges up the first time to 100% rent it all the way down and did it again only had a charger to about three times total but just to know I don't really have the audio really loud if that matters
