RIXE ok but make sure to practice every frickin day XD I just skated for the very first time today and let me tell you, it's FRICKIN HARD!! At first it's really hard but then after a few minutes, you'll get used to it but keep practicing everyday, my cousin has been practicing for months and she's now really great at skating

@@shafiahussain2626 start with little baby steps and try get a little stable on grass first bend your knees and put your feet in a v shape and then when your comfy and stable start pushing and gliding pretend you on a scooter but keep them legs bent :)

I used to in-line skate everywhere when I was a kid. I haven’t skated in almost 20 years lol. Since this whole pandemic situation I was desperately looking for anything to do that’s not ‘going for a walk’. Sooooo boring. I found impalas and now I’m waiting for them in the mail:) sooo excited!!!

Same! I'm an inline skater who loves Karen's videos. I grew up in a town near Whittier, so seeing where she skates makes me smile, and her personality is hella rad. My best friend is a quad skater. We wear the same size, and the other day we switched skates. We both could barely move out there and had to switch back to get home.

I tried inline skating a long time ago and crashed immediately. I'm used to quads and being able to stop lol. The Impala inlines are so cute I may have to give it another try (plus I love the artwork on the box and in the manual!!). Skate on!

All of my friends used to inline skate but they all decided to tried roller skates and now they all roller skate. For me it’s the other way around. Rollerblades are way easier for me, lol. I’m the only person with inline skates in my group.

I must have watched the flick about 20 times! 🤣🤣🤣 I will be 41 years old this year and have such a desire to learn to quad skates. I have been watching video after video after video on beginner quad skating. I finally bought a pair of Impala quad skates today, thank you for the review Karen, and I'm excited yet nervous to try them out. 😁😊😬 I had inline skates as a child and actually broke my wrists while riding them. My left wrist hasn't been the same since. So, I bought all the protective gear because I ain't breaking anything this time around! My sister and I would ride our inlines all over, up to 7 miles sometimes. I have never done tricks on inlines, we would just ride and ride. I don't really remember how to ride inlines but I'm hoping those skills might come back to me when I start learning the quads. Anyway, just wanted to tell you thank you for the recommendation on beginner quad skates and I've been pretty entertained by your videos! Thank you again! 😁

For inline skates you have to order one size bigger than you size so it can fit comfortably! Hope that helped if you ever get other ones also another way to stop is forming a upside down T shape with your feet!

I have some inline skates their called ‘roller derby Aerio Q-60’ I’ve been practicing in them but they make my feet hurt from the cheaply made insoles, and overall they feel very bulky and it’s hard for me to do harder stuff like jumps, I’m thinking on getting impala inlines but I need someone’s opinion😩

If you haven’t already I’m gonna warn you: blue is a motherfucker to get out. I had what I called my “unicorn hair” a couple years back (pastel pink, blue, and purple with a white base) and I swear some blue is still in there even after coloring it different colors since then. The pink and purple only lasted about six weeks with me taking really good care of it, but even after stripping my hair I still see little pieces of blue in my blonde hair every once in awhile. So be ready for the commitment if that’s something you want to do😅
