Not to change the subject, but what kind of cylinder heads do you make.....we're big into the small block Chevy stuff.....I have a 406 with big Brodix aluminum heads.....and where are you even from?

Finally someone used assembly lube putting one of these together. Check out JohnnyQ90 He hand lapped the valves on his and got another 4K rpm.

That was the twin cylinder version, but the same can be applied here.

A manometer goes a long way on these motors. But the factory throttle link doesn't allow for adjustability. So I made intake runners with a vacuum ports to set all 4 carbs. Just like you do with a real engine.

I saw your post on a center main for the L400. Have you had a chance to run the engine to see if the center main prevents that crank failure?

Biggest stair gap was at Brighton Marina. I was very scared at first, but the adrenaline afterwards was intoxicating.

Für eure 5 Achs Fräse wird der Kopf wohl ein Tick zu klein sein. JohnnyQ90 hat eine mini 5Achs Fräse. Die Anschaffung wäre doch eine Überlegung wert.
