When you opened the case the shafts were rattling not to good. I don't like the big brand name logo on the case. Anyway it is a nice form factor.

Always love the cuetec reviews. My fav pool company! I have the whole ghost line of cues thanks to you. Recently got the propel and breach and wow are they great cues. I was shocked how much control they have with phenolic tips!

I wonder if they put their soft case in another hard case for air travel? Baggage handlers are not known for being gentle. I have seen the travel cases, they are basically just a bag.

How do you ship the Cuetek, or any other soft case, on an airplane? In the US you can’t take it onboard.

Hi! I travel a lot, and except US (I guess) you need to drop your cue case as a baggage off. Maybe domestic flights in the US you don‘t need to, but for international flights for sure (safety reasons). In this case, I recommend to use the orange protection bag over the actual soft case provided by Cuetec. or buy yourself a dedicated Cue Travel bag which holds the soft case

@@pocketedyoutube all US flights require checking in cues as baggage. What concerns me is the notoriety of the baggage handlers for rough treatment. I’d hate to see one of those 70 lb hard case bags land on my cue case, hard or soft. The pros do it all the time but I’d like to know how they do it. By the way. I’ve been enjoying your pod casts as well as the videos.

@@kentsears1429 Hi Kent! I know how you feel and what you mean! As mentioned, using a Travel Bag (where you put ypur Cue Case in) protects your Cue Case very well. I love this case, but I know myself all too well. I would feel the need to buy four butts and eight shafts to fill it with. I wish they made this in a 2x4 or 3x5. Do you have any experience with their 2x4 hard case? I can't find any solid reviews of it anywhere online and I'm curious as to whether or not the cues rattle at the bottom of the case when inserted. It seems a lot of hard case cases, regardless of brand or price, leave the cues unprotected at the bottom of the case and they all rattle together.

As far as I know, they don‘t rattle in the 2x4 hard case (got one myself). My trusted old hard case also never had these issues. What hard cases did or do you use?

Cuetec has always been known to be a company that sold cheap $100 cues. About the same quality as a Scorpion cue. It's a nice case but it would be embarrassing to have Cuetec on a case. Just because Shane uses Cuetec doesn't mean it's not a cheap piece of junk

What do you mean? - Will a 30“ shaft fit on the standard Cuetec butt? - Will an extended butt from another brand fit on the regular Cuetec Cynergy 15K shaft? You can put whatever 30“ shaft on the standard Cuetec butt if its the Cuetec thread on the shaft if thats what you mean. A friend of mine uses a GO 30“ shaft on his Cuetec butt

@@pocketedyoutube I have a cue that’s 60”. That’s the shaft at a little over 30” and butt with 3/8x10 screw with Joint protector so it’s like 62” I thought the question I asked was kinda of a standard question
