Setting up this sky mini hasn't worked for me 😭 done all what it says hold the button on the main box until it flashes then they both went green but now I'm still stuck on 'Step 2 of 4' screen even though both lights on both boxes are green

If you accidentally switch off your multi screen box at the wall do you have to do a full reset on it or will it come on when you switch it back on

@@StruanJenningshi mate. I had sky q two days. My box downstairs the red light has been on for nearly 24 hours now as if I’m recording but I’m not! Any ideas mate how I get that red light off? The box upstairs in bedroom is fine. Cheers mate

@Cantona7 If it is the small red light then that's usually the standby light. If its a red light with a spinning blue ring, that's recording

Your box or remote control may have a fault. Best to contact sky for help on that

Also remember your main Q box has to be on at all times for your mini boxes to work
