maybe check if the house/apartment power meter does not charge you if you produce more power than you use so that it doesn't count as "kWh to be charged for" just for "gifting" your energy to the grid because you did not use it :D

Question. When one configures and use the PowerStream Inverter to power a continues ~250>500w load. Can a connected Delta2/MAX's inverter, on the (EU) 230v output ports, be used in CONJUNCTION and simultaneously power a high wattage (1000W+) load from the Delta2/MAX??

Okay my bad. EcoFlow PowerStream system is a balcony solar system which mainly consists of a micro inverter, solar panels and a portable power station. This solution aims to help users save money and provide backup power in power cuts. At the moment it is only available in European countries.

Yes but a battery would stabilize power delivery. You could just add a lead acid 12V battery using the plug.

Hi, Delta Pro has two extra battery interfaces, one can be connected to the micro inverter and the other can be connected to an extra battery. It means that you can only connect one Delta Pro and one extra battery to the micro inverter.

@@EcoFlowTech Ok, but my question is this: I already have 2 pros, 2 batteries and 2 generators connected to my electrical panel through a generator connection, but I currently can’t add any more because the Ecoflows only allow 2 pros to be connected together. With that setup, could I then add ANOTHER pro via this stream interface to feed even more power into my whole home setup? Can I power the panel with the dual voltage hub AND have this connected off in another room to go beyond the 25K hard limit I am bumping up against?

I'm still trying to understand what the benefit of this device is? Why would I buy a Powerstream MicroInverter when I can just plug a generic rigid panel directly into my Delta 2? Ecoflow's marketing doesn't make the case for this device clearly. Could you help explain the benefits over direct solar input? I currently have a Delta 2 with solar and AC input, with the AC output going directly into the house grid via a second 'essentials' DB board.

The use case is different for this device. You use it to inject solar power straight into your house via an existing outlet, you don't need a battery (although recommended).

Hi yes it can. If the output of your PV system does not exceed 55V, 13A, PowerStream can work.

Smart plug can monitor the appliances' energy consumption in real time, so the PowerStream can allocate just the right amount of electricity to each appliance, and the surplus to the portable power station. You just simply plug it to the wall socket and plug your home appliance like fridge or washing machine to it. During peak hours, it prioritises home use. And most of the energy gets stored in off-peak times.

Hi! As the whole system will be integrated into the grid power system, therefore the PowerStream can not work during power cuts. However, you can use the portable power station (which has surplus power stored) to charge your appliances.

This unit disconnects when the grid is off. This is clear. But what happens if my whole house is connected to the hybrid inverter with batteries, will Ecoflow PowerStream connected to a wall socket inside the house work in this setup? P.S. My hybrid inverter is pretty dumb. No AC coupling feature, and no frequency shifting, but it automatically powers all appliances when the grid is off.

Hi, the PowerStream is integrated into the grid. If there is a power cut, the system can not work properly.

@@EcoFlowTech in my case PowerStream will not know there is a power cut. In case of a power cut my main inverter powers the house, so PowerStream will definitely detect 220VAC. So, the questions are Will it work? Will it be safe for my main hybrid inverter which provides the power during the power cut to have the PowerStream in the house?

I don't get one thing. I connect the microinverter to an ac plug of my home, and it gives electricity to the other plugs of the home to be consumed? so it can give power to the fridge the ac unit and others? What happens if the power produced by the photovoltaics is not consumed, and the battery is full? It transfers the extra electricity to the grid (possibly making the counter of the home move backwards?

Yes, it will allocate electricity to the plugs and home loads. However, it can not transfer the extra electricity to the grid.

I've never known such an ignorant company choosing to ignore emails. I've been perfectly civil. You spend £5 k and get better customer service on something of £50 in value. If I could return the lot and not bother with this unreliable solar bullshit, I would. Ecoflow are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I saw some real shite having been in retail management for 15 years in my earlier career. Think twice or even three times before parting with your money. It's probably better spent elsewhere. Like on chocolate. At least you expect chocolate to turn to shit.....
