Thank you for sharing. I have been doing HTV shirts for almost a year and want to venture into sublimation printing. I saw some Epson printers for fraction of the cost but it seems like too much work to convert them. Your video pretty much solid me on the SG400. Maybe one I'll upgrade to the 800.

Do you use Chromablast Ink or the regular ink? I am used to working cotton shirts and don't know where to find the poly blend shirts at a good price point.

when you first get your machine they come with them I have mentioned in another video that as soon as my ink runs out I'm going to buy my cartridges from amazon they are around $45 for the whole set its an off brand with good reviews :) here is the link amzn.to/2M6QN6A

So I just got my SG400 last week and I can’t find a way to download the software anywhere. And I even tried contacting them and nothing and I even setup an appointment and until this day nothing.. any ideas ????

Why wasn't i prompted to register vpm? Vpm says already running when i try to open it from screen icon and under the arrow at the bottom is says scanning? What the hell when are you supposed to register in those 5 days and why am i not being prompted this pisses me off it should have been more straight forward.

Too bad nobody makes a refilling kit/modification for this printer where you can pour your own ink with bottles. It might be cheaper than $0.50 cents a print. At that price you really don’t want to make any mistakes.
