Thanks. Very helpful. I couldn't figure out how to fold the toddler seat. I was thinking it might not matter, but then you showed how one could fold the toddler seat and keep it attached while folding the whole stroller, which is really nice. You guys are a lot smarter than I am, too, because you figured this all out a lot faster than I did.

This was really great AND entertaining most importantly extremely helpful. Pictionary is right…LOL. This was the 2nd safest car seat on the market. I didn’t get the first because it was unavailable for over 6 months and baby is here. Thank you!

Btw thank you for the video! I agree with ok dude in the video -the picture manual they gave only does so good. I’m an instruction reader myself. Obviously the lack of words in the manual had lead to lots of confusion. Happy for the video.

Thanks very much for making this. I assembled it no problem, but just could not figure out or find how to fold that baby carrier in half, or how to attach the adaptors to the bottom of the car seat. Simple but not obvious!

Idk if I ever got those little attachments for the car seat to go on the stroller. I know you have to buy the adapters to do the double decker style.

Yes you have to buy the adapters to do the double stroller but the car seat ones should’ve been there, hopefully you got them

noticed you didnt mention the rebound bar that was in the car seat . . . i am not sure where that attaches

The handle/rebound bar on the car seat has to be put all the way behind so it will be snug against the back of the seat

Oh, your front flap hanging out was driving me nuts. Absolutely nuts. I hope you got that fixed. The instructions that came with this on how to do the cargo bag were terrible. The pictures did not match what I was looking at.

How do you set up the bassinet? Can't figure it out. The metal handle looking things are an issue and we can't get it set up, it collapses when its put on floor.

@@bcfamily Hello, we ended up calling customer support who walked us through it. It was pretty difficult, I have to admit! It might be a great idea to make a video on it for others--we were left dumbfounded trying to figure it out from the manual they sent with the product. No words, just pictures and not helpful at all.
