Hi Erin! Great video! At this point, being August, how are you liking your Aura Estelle planner? I'm keeping my options open for next year. This year I have been in love with my Hobo Cousin. How does this compare, and would you recommend trying the Aura Estelle for next year, or sticking with the Cousin? Thank you! I value your opinion. I hope the cats are going great!

Hi Angie in all honesty I’m not loving my Aura Estelle. I wanted to but I still love my Hobonichi.

I’ve been using mine for a bit and I like it. Though I really wish the timeline was printed on it. I setup mine as a memory planner so I can do weekly memory spreads and then some journaling in between the weeks. So far all my cousin kits fit great. I love a bundled monthly:weekly:daily because I rarely need to flip between months and I can just stay in the month I’m in. But there’s few planners that bundle with TRP. Though the 2024 wonderland222 A5 vertical all in one bundles the weeks and months and monthly overview and review pages. And just the dailies/notes in the back and so it’s more balanced I think. I’ll know for sure when it gets here.

They do sell washi so that you can add the timeline in easily. For me the lack of timeline was actually one of the deciding factors for me buying the AE Complete over the Hobonichi.

I just watched your video about wonderland222 I’m intrigued 🧐 Mandy Lynn has time strips I believe as well? For the Aura Estelle planner I’m thinking for me personally I don’t need times for time blocking. It’s going to be more of a list of things morning noon and night. 💕😊

I think the Hobonichi planners are 52 gsm so the Aura Estelle is a bit thicker. Thanks for sharing this video because while I love my Cousin, I’m always looking for something new just in case.

I am trying the AE B6 as I wanted to try that size, and I got their weekly version. I like it, but the only concern I have is that the grid is really faint and harder to see compared to HB or the Kinbor.

Yes, I agree, I’m intending on using mine for more goalsetting and list making I think I’m going to divide the day out into morning noon and night and just have it have set tasks that help me work towards my goals. I have found Planner peace in my Hobonichi cousin. But I would like to have something separate for goals
