Cannot comment on customer service as we did not need it till now and hope we will not need in future as well. Even if you search for customer complaint for Borosil, you won't find ... hope they have good one.

Is this 30L OTG good for a family of 4-5 people or I should go for 42 L OTG? 2. What is the internal (cooking area) dimension of this 30 L OTG? How much diameter of Pizza or Round shape cake and Square shape Cake/Bread we can prepare in this 30L OTG ?

Hi Abhinava, I can answer your questions partly. 1. It might be small for 4-5 people. You might go for 42L. 2. I am travelling so will not be able to measure. But googled it for you - internal dimensions - (L X B X H)- 550 X 470 X 328 Mm 15 inch pIzza should fit in and we baked up to 3 pound cake. Hope this helps !

If 10.5 inch is the diameter, it will fit inside. But the height should not be more than 3-4 inch for effective heating

You can use baking cookware available online for anything you want to bake. The trays given with the OTG are good for baking pizza, cookies, and non-fluid stuffs. For bread, cakes, and other stuff, you will need to purchase cookware.

Question: Since you have used it from May,2020 just want to know whether the outer upper body also gets heated while using. I had seen someone telling it gets heated on top outside as well while cooking. is it true. ...?

Yes Sandeep! It does get heated outside and I don’t think it’s something unusual. It doesn’t heat too much to cause any harm to attached objects like plastic containers or covers if you have any. Just keep in mind to keep the vents open while using it.

kanika choudhary I usually pre-heat oven for 3-4 mins at 200. And bake at 200 for 25-30 mins. This also depends on the preparation. You can check various preparation on KZbin. Happy Baking 😀

This is OTG not microwave .. nothing will happen in 30 sec

I have one doubt regarding timer while testing my new oven I set timer 60 so I have to wait for whole 60 min to get the timer off can't we do it manually it doesn't rotate anti clock wise I think

Yes. you can manually rotate it back to Off position. I have done it a couple of times.

I have the same one. The rods don't turn red when both the rods are turned on with or without convection. Is that normal? Pls suggest. Also, I baked pav with both rods and convection at 200 degrees for 25 minutes but it still wasn't cooked. Pls help me with the settings.

Rods not getting heated is not normal. You can get it checked. 25 mins is good enough time to cook pav.

@@gangotri4793 Its performance is remarkable till now. No issues as such. I have tried various kinds of breads, cake, brownies, waffers, baked veggies, pizzas, baked pasta and each dish has come out quite well. No complaints. You should go for it.

Deepanwita Mitra hope you received the OTG. If not you can contact Amazon customer care. No ones comes for demo from Borosil. But usually every company honours demo request for a new purchase. You can contact Borosil customer care for that.

We tried baking two set of breads in two trays, it was not going in well. Probably its made to bake with one tray only. This may not be a con but my over expectation. : ) The power consumption is ok.. its 1500 W so will consume 1.5 KWh (or 1.5 unit) in 1 hour is it worth to buy ..?? - Yes. It is. I purchased it for Rs 6499 from flipkart. Tip: Put the item you want to buy in check out cart and leave for couple of days, if there are any discount applicable, they will offer you. Worked for me a couple of times. About the video for options and features ... will try to make one and upload soon.

No cons as such. Have used it almost daily in the last 1 month from bakings bread, cake to making wafers, crispy veggies to making basbousa. Everything turned out to be perfect.

@@yagneshful There is slot for 3 racks. But they give one tray and one grill. if you have extra tray which can fit, use that. it make sense for having multiple racks for some cases like baking cookies.
