Ya the quality is supreme, good quality knurl is given + the weight of the rod is heavy that withstand quite a large amount of load. (The set can be bought of with 200 kg plates and the same rod is given there.) Excellent overall package. ❤️

Voh toh bilkul bekar hote... Yuhi tutt jatee girne pe.. aur bilkul acha ni lagta unke saath workout krne m...but sirf log unhe budget kaam hune ki vajah se lete agar voh quality m 1 pe hai toh yeh cockatoo k quality m 10 pe hai.... Phir isse bhi upar toh Olympic weightlifting barbell, aur Olympic plates hi ate...jo apko gym meh milte hai. ❤️
