I also really like this set. Draculaura and Clawd are among my favorite characters and dolls. I think this set is reasonably priced as you mentioned. Fans should be realistic that the more detail added, the higher price point these dolls will become. Higher prices may scare off collectors new and old alike. I think people perhaps should be realistic about what they want overall. Also I think fans should be grateful that we have G1 representation in the line overall and should be more positive that Mattel is producing both G1 for older fans and G3 for younger fans! Looking forward to what 2024 will bring us! Thank you for this review!

People just love to complain. The designs are absolutely breathtaking and overall very beautiful. I bought them today and I can’t wait to receive them. They’ll be my very first collectors items ever.

I think this one of her is sooo pretty! You’re like the only somewhat sane person in the MH fanbase, everyone else is just so entitled. $60 for two dolls is nothing when I currently have to save over $90 for an older couple set I want. (I can very late to the party because as a kid I thought G1 would be everything the reboots became.) Honestly the longer I’m in collector spaces, it’s starting to feel like they think humans actually wear the clothes dolls do, or that the toys have actual physical sexes to denote gender.

Will you be doing a top ten list of best and worst dolls of the year? Definitely would love to hear your rankings. Personally with the Monster High I have been choosy, that Draculara Heart was the last for me this year until the Creeproductions.

That is a good idea! I was going to do a year in review on the disnry dolls! Maybe in January i can do one like this!
