The filter floss should always go before the media, it will still polish the water but will also prevent the media from clogging up, leaving more room for beneficial bacteria

There in the box, but I recommend putting the white foam under the Bio-media or better get a nice dense foam an cut it to size. The white foam is going to clogg up really easy.

Es normal que le cueste un poco debido a la falta de cebador, te recomiendo que tengas la manguera de salida ligeramente mas alta que la de entrada cuando lo enciendas y llenes las mangueras previamente, pues si le queda aire en el interior le cuesta bastante salir

Saugen tut der Filter nicht, er pumpt nur das Wasser hoch! Zur betriebnahme muss das Wasser auf der Ausflusseite mit dem Mund angesaugt werden, bis der Filter vollgelaufen ist. Erst dann einschalten.
