You got some great free things! I think the doll may be salvageable. There are some good tips below. The most restoring I have ever done is magic eraser on the limbs, tightening the head and washing and restyling hair. She may need her whole cloth body washed if she smells. Good luck! The bedroom set looks cute. I wonder if the hamster needs a little jacket to cover his boo boo? 😂

@@CherishedDollFriends that’s such a great idea for the hamster. I don’t sew but I can probably whip something small up for him. Right?! Some great stuff! I’m going to try my best to restore this girl and based on everyone’s feedback it might be possible. Stay tuned since I’m going to document the process and make a video to show how she comes out. 🥰

I watched this one too ! Cannot believe this had low views. Thank you for the lengthly evening . I just picked a lot of American girl / wellie wisher lot from local Facebook. So while I sorted through my finds . You kept me company . Thank you . Lucky your find was free . Wish mine was free , but I still have hours of sorting to go. I was a great buy, filled the Subaru to the brim. Yes restore her. I would start by washing her. Then working on her hair.(bonus -10) saw more video I need to go check out …. Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

What a find! A free Makenna bed! Please fix the doll. Normally I start with cleaning the vinyl with magic eraser. It’s a great challenge. (10)

Spot Shot is a really good stain remover it’s for carpet but you can use it for stains too!! Great find!! i hope you can fix up the doll!!!❤️‍🩹✅

The doll in the Wonder Woman costume looks like a Disney Animator Snow White. I'm sure some little one (or crazy old doll collecting person) would love to have her. Everything else looked fun as well. I'd give restoring the (is it McKenna?) a shot. Acne treatment, a bath and a new wig could work wonders.

I’m honestly not sure who she is. I don’t think she’s McKenna. I’m going to give her my best shot at cleaning her up …stay tuned since I’ll document my process and share in a video. 🥰

I loved the mad dash you did 10:39 to pick up your free box o'stuff! You did a great job fixing McKenna's bed set up. How's your waif doll doing? Once upon a time, I cut a Samantha's hair because i thought it was hopeless, then later realized that it did come back nicely with just water and tediously careful brushing. Her hair is now a nice shoulder length, which I like. (10)

I have not touched her or any dolls in the fixing up pile yet since Making videos for the color wheel series and doing my regular weekly video has occupied my time lol. Once the Color Wheel Series if over I am going back to my normal schedule and should be able to get back to other projects, but who knows what else might pop up lol. Jo, try some Goop hand cleaner on the stains. It can work wonders.

Definitely clean her up good. If necessary put a new wig on her if her hair can't be restored. AGtakesover has a very important video on using acne cream watch it before buying/using. This girl has a very good story behind her so she's worth keeping considering that you were able to get her before she was gone.

Yeah I’m going to try to restore her. I saw Kristie’s video about acne creme, but honestly I’m not too concerned and will still use it.

Fix her. A good hair brushing will bring her back ❤ ( spritz water and wire brush ). Scrub her down with magic eraser probably most of the marks will probably come off . Then treat with oxy cream that I hear is bad . But I am Still using it

Yess...fix her up, you might have to change the wig tho. ( but wash and style first) I am sure an idea on what you want to go with this doll will come to mind. Your too creative to not fix that doll. 😊

The launch brunch is 9/14, but I heard from an AG rep that she will be released a couple days before and I think GMA will be announcing her too (maybe on the 12th). Lot’s happening this week!! I’ll be at the NY event Sat and will do an unboxing asap. 🥰
