I used mine 4 days straight. Chipping up 5 years worth of cut brush. I was surprised it chipped old brush so well. Very impressed with the machine. I think I dulled the blades already though.

The S1 has 6 addational hammers plus the 2 knives. I like S1 better

what is the biggest branches you have put in it ? also would buy it again ? any problems with it ?

What’s the biggest branches you have cut with it ? Are you still happy with it ? I like the orange efcut color better, but it seems to me that they are the same machine, and the S1 is much less on Amazon right now

I think they are same machine. Around 3in dia with no problem. It need the wood to ne straight if not its hard to load. Im looking for a good replacement blade

Yes. When i do the video im not familiar with the setting and my throttle is not high enough and the choke is not fully open but i figured it out.

For 10sqyrd maybe i got 4 full wheelbarrow. I like the specs of this machine the blade can be easy replace...i think the design is same in EFCUT wood chipper

Is it possible to transport this in the back of an SUV? I plan to buy it and try at home, then transport it to some land I have to chip up a bunch of branches there. Maybe it would be necessary to take off the chute before loading into the SUV (4runner)? Thanks.

Yes. U need to separate the motor to the holder slot. Just need to take out 4 screw bolt.

I can't get mine to start, despite following the book's instructions and an online video. Anybody else get a dud? UPDATES: I put more oil in it and it started perfectly. My oil had been in the "acceptable" range according to the book, but it wasn't enough. Blades hit a rock or somehow came apart some other way. Damage to shell and flywheel. Trying to repair it.

Can I get a tip on why mine will only run a minute or 2 then shut off. I haven't chipped anything yet ..helppp.. thanks

Check your manual. Last time it happen to me is my setting is not correct. Check yung choke and maybe got gasoline on your carburator just drain it. If its new and you usally setting...gasoline and oil...to much oil also causing problem.
