Happy holiday!! I don’t really have any tradition Christmas dishes but at family gathers we always have basic Asian dishes. My all time favorite is banh beo a Vietnamese dish. Google describes it as a water fern cake but it’s basically a dish made of rice flour and steamed. It’s served with shrimp, green onions and fish sauce! Thank you for always giving back!
