I've got a Japanese Ibanez RT from the early 90's. It was an under the bed purchase. It was still new in it's case. It's great to play. I could do with a new pickguard, as it's really funky.

The case even come with TSA lock on it. Now I'm jealous lol. An elder friend of mine is really into the bold RG550 kind of colors. He said he can't stand AZES color choices. I guess that metallic blue will buy him back. The AZ series comes with maple neck that's been through S-Tech process. I don't know much about it, but I've seen some product website listed the same kind of wood for construction ( it's all Japanese so it's beyond me).
