How did you put I. The crystals

The front panel is removable. I believe I laid the crystals along the inside of the fireplace and secured the front panel in place.

The turning sound is the flame effect. All the electric fireplaces I’ve had make the same sound, it is annoying. It turns a wheel to animate the flames. Enjoy!

That turning you hear their is a rotisery inside that some cheap plastic shiny stuff is connected too all the way down i just had to fix mine it was not connected to back wall but yes thats what you heard if u opened up the back u would see that rotisery it goes around slowly

she45namify I put this up twice. The first time I think I left a small opening at the top of the cover and dropped the crystals inside. The second time around I placed the crystals inside and then carefully put the cover back on.

The instructions detail how far apart elections should be from the top. You can also purchase a version where the heat comes from the front.

Life Liveitup The noise doesn’t bother me anymore to be honest. It’s still there. It’s the mechanism from the flames I believe. Another commenter pointed that out. I have mine up for aesthetic purposes and I love it.

LM77 1968 if only there was a way to change the colors on the heater itself! You can do everything but that! I’d email whoever you bought it from and have them send you a new remote, you need it or you’ll be stuck on the red color.
