I don’t think there was anything other than having unit plugged in. The qi charger should be instant. Did you try another phone just in case?

There wasn’t a call button. Just light to show charging pad location.

How do you change the temp from "C" to "F"?

The process is simple, you have to reset it by removing the battery from the back and then insert it back then it will change to Fahrenheit. Same process back to centigrade. 👍🙂

Hi, thank you for watching and question--this video's angle was really BAD =(. On the rear you'll see those four buttons above the battery. 1. MODE 2. ADJUST 3. PLUS 4. LESS. -- you hit the MODE to get into change mode, then use ADJUST to toggle down until you get to TEMP, hit PLUS to change to C/F. I hope this helped!

This was not helpful at all. If you hold the power button down for a few seconds, the light and the blue back light will turn off as well.
