Hi there, thank you for pointing this out!! I called customer service and they confirmed that it is indeed a 2000 model and not 3000 as they advertised. I have changed the title accordingly. It is a bit too late for refund so I will keep it 😊

You can find English patches but you would have to mod your ps or ps vita
