Love the blond color hair on you girl ! I just got the new model Palm Springs mini after only 3 months of owning the old version , for the 2nd time no less ! What took them so long (5 years) to change the issue on this bag ??? I have to be honest I wasn’t a fan of this new style version at all , I thought it seemed more stiff and I thought the canvas lip gave it a little something. HOWEVER , after having the new model with the amazing zipper for only 2 weeks almost , I am super excited when I go in and out of the bag ! I’m glad you were able to get yours swapped out too ! I was nervous too that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement but that very day 1 came in and it’s perfection. My video is coming soon ,wait until you see my wear issues ! What’s sad is that I still see some people being sold the old versions still and most are not aware of the new version ! Thanks for sharing

I was going to purchase this bag but I don’t like the new model. I have the PM size and I want the two to match. I Just don’t like the zipper exposed.

I thought about that too when my CA showed me a photo of the new model, I thought it looks odd with the zipper exposed but it still has the "lip." But when I saw it in person, I thought it didn't look that bad and the practical me saw how easy it was to open and close the bag and was hoping that their new one wouldn't have the same issue. It doesn't look that different from the old model, I suggest you look at it first in the store before deciding. Either way, I hope you get the MM soon! The size is good, it's a great travel companion. ❤

Hi! Yes they will as long as you have the complete documents needed. But keep in mind that you would need to bring the item first in the store so they can assess it, there's no guarantee that they will offer exchange or store credit outright. It will have go through their process first.

Ladi Dodi mine had the same issue as yours. Bought mine two years ago as well. Where you able to bring yours to the boutique for exchange? If so, may i know which country? I had mine bought abroad through a personal shopper. I don't know if i could bring it to the boutique here in Ph.

Hmmm... my CA didn't explain anything probably to protect their brand. But that's my guess, I think it rubs the canvas when opening and closing the bag. Is yours the old version or the new one?

purseonalobsession I have the old version but I just bought it earlier this year so I haven’t really caused any wear and tear on it yet but I did notice that the zipper would get caught on the canvas. Was your MM still under the 1 year warantee when you brought it in?

Not anymore, I bought mine July of 2017. I think this is a known issue to them already that's why they released a new model of it... Observe yours and if it shows similar peeling as mine, contact your CA right away so she can assess it. 😊
