Using scissors to cut the plastic almost to the figure makes them 10 times easier to remove. I've been collecting figures for 27 years, just something I do.

Took me forever to get a good Sinister Six. My only Kraven was the animated version and I missed the previous version of Electro and the MCU version. But I finally got a good Kraven from a thrift store, he didn't have any weapons, but hey, I have lots spare weapons, and I got the new Electro.
