Thank you for subscribing and welcome to the fam:) I don't think that is necessarily true, I have friends who spend a lot in Hermes and never managed to get a bag. I think it has to do with how you manage to build you friendship with the sales associate, or also just luck sometimes (watch my 1st Hermes bag in Paris vlog). I would say personally, a time frame would be 1 year:)
