Was debating opening or trading but this is making me lean towards opening and enjoying with good friends. My palate tends to align with Jason’s pretty well so I’m excited. Thanks for the review!

Ever since the Parker's Heritage Double Barrel Blend I've been crazy for them.. I'll absolutely be looking for this one!! The PH 8 Year Malt Whiskey is delicious!!

Great review Jason! Give Westward a try if you like American Single Malt...IMO, that's the gold standard for ASM. New Riff is super solid as well.

I was lucky enough to get the Parker's Heritage 8 year Malt back in 2015, and it was fantastic. It's very unlikely that I'll find this one, but I'd love to try it. Can't remember if you mentioned the mashbill in the video, but it does have 35% corn along with the malt, so I'm guessing that accounts for the nutty note.

There are a couple similarities but this isn't as dark as the jack single malt. This is a bit brighter. The raspberry note on the end is really nice though
