There's a reason Boss Hog sits in everybody's lock up cabinets at msrp!! If people wanted it I wouldn't see every release for the last 2 years every single time I go to the store

I’ve only had the boss hog 10 year. I didn’t think it was bad. I got a lot of grape. $400 is more than I’d pay for something that wasn’t spectacular. Interesting flavor but still think I’ll pass at the price. Thanks J.

I was privileged to have a friend give me a pour of Boss Hogg Ten Commandments. It was a great weekend because I found out that my ancestors family farm from the 1820s is 8 miles from where he lives; not only did I get to try Boss Hogg for the first time, but on the same trip I got to see the gravesite of my very first ancestor in America 9 generations ago!

I watch every day. As someone from the New York area I really love these. The NY easter eggs everyday are awesome! Beyond the whiskey the introductions with some history and commentary by the Grinch are just great to see. Thank you Jason C for adding more value than just whiskey reviews. Obviously I love the whiskey reviews but Christmas is beyond any whiskey and it's so fun to watch every day.

Whistlepig’s Siren’s song is my favorite modern whiskey ever released! I love those flavors so much. Exceptional to me on nose, taste and finish. And yes, very expensive.

Can’t get in the U.K. unless u spend over £100.. So this last time in Kissimmee I picked up A cask strength .. Yes you get that vanilla bourbon flavour but it’s not as sour

I found one of those Toasted ECBPs last week too, 10 yrs @ 115 proof $85. I tasted it, then compared it C924. I felt like it wasn’t as good as C924. Thought it would have massive oak flavor, but didn’t deliver. I’d give it another whirl and try one more though.

It’s such an odd ABV and price point. It’s solidly either in an enthusiast vs status symbol price point but the ABV makes no sense for a $300+ whiskey when Irish shelfers have higher proofs

Just found one tonight in NC at retail. Liked it but not as good as some of the private barrels I got so a little disappointed as I love MM. Good alternative that is available… if in your state… Southern Star Paragon Cask Strength. I don’t see it in every state i travel to but when I do, it is readily available. Great wheater at cask strength. I would love to see you try this one and compare it to others. Some say it is a OWA killer. I don’t think so but it is close… very close.
