From all of the videos I‘ve seen, Frank and Michelle seem like good people. I‘m currently saving up for my first PNW boot, really liking the Patina Thunderdome Ground Pounder in waxed flesh. Sadly, shipping and customs fees add up quite a bit.

@@GentlemansJourney I‘m in Germany. To add insult to injury, the shipping fee is also taken into account when calculating customs fees ☹️ I know international business isn’t on top of their priority list, but I would really appreciate if Franks could offer a cheaper shipping option like DHL.

I love Frank's but you might not get the customizations that you request. I requested the nail free EH option and it was accepted but they never charged me for it or did it even though it was confirmed multiple times.

Funny, on every video about Franks I see this guy leaving negative comments. Even spreading false information about rubber midsoles on the Patriots when they’re clearly leather, as shown in Keith Johnsons video.
