I can only imagine how you felt over that period of a month and half of waiting for your motor to be done. I just ordered a ka-bar fighting knife short, and it will be delivered in 5-6 days and I am giddy as shit. I can just imagine a month for something like a motor.

That trailer needs a winch. The GT has tow hooks on the front and a drive train that may or may not be up to the power you're going to make when you get back to building it better. Getting even a cheap Harbor Freight winch could save you some sweat if it all goes pear shaped at the track. And IIRC you have an adjustable ball. If not, investing in one would not be a bad idea, especially with all the traveling you do/plan to do this year. Moving it up and taking some of the lean out of the trailer isn't a bad idea. It will more equally load the axles and possibly avoid overheating a tire as you travel. If nothing else, it will increase tire/bearing life. Just a couple suggestions, not trying to tell you what to do or overstep or anything like that.
