I love LOVEEE tsuiraku jk to haijin Kyoshi too ! We are so lucky to have the physical volumes here in France, I hope it gets released in English someday. I own the little artbooks but I’m always tempted to get the magazines with the little goodies of this series as well.

Ughhh I hate when the shipping costs are so high and you don’t find out until you’ve already paid for the goods so you cant just cancel the order 😭 This happened to me recently, but I still don’t really understand why the price was so high because the package wasn’t that heavy 😭 I agree with all your thoughts on A Condition Called Love and In the Clear Moonlit Dusk!! 🥰 So glad they got English print releases, and so glad to have A Sign of Affection after waiting the past year for it!! I’ve read QQ Sweeper and planning to read Queen’s Quality soon, it seems like it’s a really loved series! I watched the anime for Wolf Girl and Black Prince, but never read it, so I might give it a try too 👀 It’s been a while since I read LDK, but I’m really curious about the spinoff LDK Pink which is supposed to be about them as adults!! Really nice haul, you got a ton of good stuff!!!

17:50 I’m not sure about that… If I remember correctly, he fat shames her in the later volumes. And when a guy that comes to disrupt the MCs relationship appears wanting to help the girl get out of the relationship, the girl is very rude to him. Pretty sure she says something really crazy to him when he’s just trying to help her. I don’t remember too well what it was that she said but gosh, I could never come to like her (nor the ML)

Thanks for bringing those points up! I probably should have been a little bit more careful on my wording since it’s been a while since I’ve read the series. So when I meant significantly better, the standards were still pretty low in terms of their development. Kyoya only gets better by the last couple chapters but there were a lot of issues leading up to that point. As for the first point you mentioned, Kyoya’s action was definitely not excusable during this chapter as Erika’s tries to diet/lose weight. And for the second part you mentioned, besides Kusakabe (who has a good friendship with Erika), the only other guy that liked Erika was Terasaki. I am not sure if that is who you are referring to? However, I can’t recall her being rude to him. Erika was having relationship probs with Kyoya at the time but is clear that she still likes him. Terasaki actually kisses Erika without consent, and slaps her when she rejects him. I would say he isn’t all that great.

@kblinkbuddy It's been pretty long since I've last read the manga as well. Not to mention I'm terrible at remembering Japanese names so I can't confirm that's the guy I'm talking about. I guess I might reread the series. I'm curious if my thoughts on it will change if I do so. I know it's easier to remember the bad parts of things instead of the good so my judgement might be clouded bc of that. If I do reread the manga, I'll share my thoughts on it again :)
