T, You make this look SOOO easy! I am having trouble picking the stamp up off of the plate. I am brand new to Maniology. I just received my first purchase of 6 polishes. I unfortunately do not have the stamper or plates (YET). I am following what you are doing step by step by my images are just not transferring at all. Blank stamp. 😢 Love and Hugs from Louisiana! Our daughter is stationed at the Marine base in Hawaii on her 3rd re-inlistment! ❤

We'd recommend careful mixing your polishes well before use. Also, the act of stamping should take no time in between, maybe 7 to 10 seconds in between each step. Please watch our beginners stamper videos and hopefully you will find them to be very helpful.

You might need to season the stamper gel pad. A lot of people try to use it right away but sometimes it's really oily. First leave the gel clear pad on top of white printing paper over night, then next day you'll see the paper has absorbed some of the oils.Wash it gently with dawn dish soap,be gentle because they tear easily. Wipe it down with an old t-shirt,then to remove the lint just use tape. Should be good to pick up any stamp. Repeat as needed. Don't worry as a beginner it happened to me too 😊

I'm so grateful that you offer the polishes and plates separately, later on. I cannot afford the limited edition boxes, but i absolutely pick up the plates when they come to the site later on. It also helped me out last year and the Christmas box. It's a great way for someone like me to not feel FOMO.

I love Halloween and Silent Hill. Since the box was a mystery, I completely understand going a little cuter. A lot of people aren't into scary halloween stuff and would probably have been disappointed, but for those who are into spooky halloween, I hope they release some extra plates for sale individually or as a bundle with an ice cube stamper that are extra spooky 🖤

do all of the monocle stampers do this? (back pops out) I have an older one from a few years ago, and I feel like it's all attached together.

This feature is a new addition to our Monocle Stamper, and the removable back part is included in our product listing. This new feature is an update based on customers' feedback. Having a removable back alleviates the pressure on the stamper head, so it's less likely to pop out. This also solves the issue of accidental acetone spillage on the stamper itself, causing the base to be blurry. With this new feature, you can simply remove it before use, giving you a clear view without distortion. Hope this helps!
