I also ordered plants worth around 800 with Shanti Kunj nursery, initially they picked up my calls and upon their recommendations selected some plants. It was assured that next day they would despatch the box, but soon after making relevant payment, they stoppped responding to my repeated calls. Should it be the kind of service, one should be proud of.

Sometimes they don't receive calls. They mostly dispatch on Monday. 2-3 mobile numbers are available and u can contact anyone of them.

But why... when doing online business, one must atleast respond to the series of calls if not rendering desired services to its own clients, otherwise, you slowly loose your business. Image or reputation of any business is most crucial aspect of its survival. In our country, most business persons don't pay any attention to such aspects. Whatever they commit, it must be followed come what may. If Abhishek told me next day items will be dispatched, it has to be done without fail. Or atleast they must be courteous enough to communicate the reasons for delay.

Mai odisha se hun. Mumbai ka mujhe pata nahi but 3-4 plants pehle purchase kar ke aap dekh lo agar survive kiye to hi combo me lena. Maine shade me rakha hai balcony aur terrace dono me shade aur green net se cover kar ke. Aapko dekhna padega ki kaisa potting soil aur Location sahi hoga. Succulent thode costly aur tricky hai grow karna but ek baar agar aapko knowledge ho jayegi to phir aage kabhi pareshani nahi hogi.
