I brought this light last week..... Shot a wedding with it for the first time perform like it should........ I LOVE IT!!!! I use it for Photography and Video..... Planning on buying a couple more...... GREAT LIGHT!!!!!

Just got my MTL-900 II. It's supposed to have 10 levels of light, but mine only achieves 4. It seems to hit level 5 for a fraction of a second before going back down to 4. Cycling through the 10 levels changes the small indicator LEDs, but not the light intensity. I'm plugged into AC with no battery (mine didn't come with one so I am waiting). Yours appears to hit 9 or 10 levels. Also 2 of the diodes are dead. I guess mine overall is faulty?

+icawn WTH Mine only plugs in too, no remote or no wireless capabilities... Can you buy the battery separate do you know?

+Tessa Essa hey guys , yes you can purchase the battery separately , it uses F550 sony batteries . and you should can remotely control your light with the remote , if not , something is going wrong +icawn for sure it is faulty , try a replacement with the seller .

+Tihi Andrei I ended up sending it back, though I doubt I'll get my money. The dealer was a chinese nightmare who was probably reselling out of his 250sq ft apartment. I ended up buying it elsewhere from a US vendor, which arrived quickly, fully functional, and with a battery and remote. I'll never again deal with a Chinese vendor directly.

+zzzxtreme for sure . you can use it indoor . it gives a soft light

Have you used this for anything? How do you feel about it? Have heard issues with it casting a magenta tint etc vs the ice light. I would like to see examples shot with it..

Lyndsey Thomas i recently shot some pictures with it , and seems that have a mangenta tint .
