I got the bigger Carribean saucepan from WS a few years ago. It’s really heavy so I tend to reach for my copper core All Clad saucepan instead. I stopped by the Le Creuset Clearance store last weekend and nabbed the 4.5 qt Ombre Blue Dutch oven for $191.

Thank you for your video. Very informative and I believe my last piece to add to my collection will be the sauce pan. My first price was a dome shaped two quart soup pot then I purchased the shallow omelette pan and then I wanted a larger pot to make more Spanish rice and started to Order the large 6+quart pot and so glad I cancelled bc it would have been too big. I ended up purchasing the 4+plus soup pot which is also dome which is perfect for Spanish rice and stars bc the shape of it distributes the seasonings perfectly. Ok then I’m final I purchase a small 2+ Dutch oven for making beans etc and even for quick warm ups. I also brought two matching cocotte for my husband and I to make small desserts. As you can see I love Le creuset. Thank you

I’m debating either this size or the 2.25 at sauce pan. I love that it is odor resistant.

I don't think you will go wrong with either size. I use my sauce pan all the time.

You should check out the Factory to Table sale! I just got a 2.5qt Sakura Dutch oven! I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the sauce pan! I passed so far bc I’m not sure about the pot weight at the end of the handle since it’s cast iron.

Hi Elaina!! I just received the email about the Factory to Table this morning. Much to my dismay many of the items I found interesting were all sold out!! lol....guess I was a little too late. I am still checking back to see if there are any different colors or more interesting pieces that I can use. The Sakura Dutch Oven was gorgeous!!!
