I am a Masterverse collector but this Origins art work is spectacular. The Powers of Grayskull logo on the box with the green background is awesome.

Masterverse has my heart too but I definitely agree! If they keep releasing more figures in The Powers of Grayskull line, it's going to be hard to resist! 😀

The Masterverse figure of King Grayskull is great, but the double swords do not fit at all the vintage idea. In comparison the Origins KG seems to suffer achondroplasia; its neck looks unnaturally long, while the head is of the very similar dimensions of the Masterverse one. Nonetheless it is very cool, and has that '80s vibe that I love

And to be fair regarding the blue sword, both swords were merged together into the power sword in those comics, but I just love the look of that gold sword of his (and shield.) 🙂

yaaaa ! aj has upload 😊 this is a welcome first, hun ! i hope you will do more origins unboxing in the future if it is at all possible (don't worry, i'm not asking you to replace the masterverse unboxings i love those) the art on the box is awesome, i especially love the cool crosshatching/itching look of the art. it looks so medieval and holy and i love it ! king grayskull's head sculpt is a beautiful sight, the detail on his long hair is so nice and i think the masterverse head kinda suits the origins body better than the origins head does idk, just my opinion 😅 i hope we get more power of grayskull figures - powers of grayskull is a toyline more than 30 years overdue ! this is mattel's opportunity to make our childhood dreams come through. you know as kids we were all wowed by the new characters introduced in the toyline ! another thing (and yes, i said this too on the For Eternia forums earlier today 😅) but, apart from PoG, i want mattel to do more REV characters in origins scale. why not an andra figure in the origins line ? and who wouldn't just LOVE a gwildor figure in the origins line ?? well....we DID have gwildor as part of the vintage line back then, so it's entirely plausible 😂🤞🏼 (PS you got me with that ending ! one of your funniest outros to date omg 😭)

My collector lines still have my heart of course, but I would absolutely love to do some more Origins reviews, especially now that the vintage figures are coming from Mattel Creations in easy access packaging. Sometimes it's all about scheduling. I've had Masterverse New Eternia Tri-Klops and Mekaneck for so long now but was so busy with Revolution videos I now feel like I missed that window. I hope we get more Powers of Grayskull too! Now that is an Origins subline I'd probably feel compelled to collect every one, starting with Keclar. (I am really hoping Keclar still sees the light of day.) Rev Origins figures? Yes please! I am surprised they haven't gone there, at least with a He-Man and Skeletor to test the market! Glad I can make you laugh. The things that come out of my brain sometimes... 😄

If any republican is upset grayskull is black , there’s only 2 brothas in eternia. King grey and the champ . Everyone else is white so it’s ok , ull be ok. If u want to watch a show wit no brothas , watch Andy Griffith .

So, you're ok with being given white characters in black face instead of companies actually putting in an effort to make new characters of color with stories of their own? That's really sad actually. The fact that you are so easily pleased is why companies will continue to feed you lazy hand-me-downs instead of giving you something fresh, unique and made specifically for you. Enjoy.
