1)Can I use them at the gym? I just do basic workouts, I don't lift heavy weights and I do light jogging every morning. 2)Will they hold up? 3)What about the sole? Will they get worn out?

They won’t be great for squats or deadlifts but they will work for jogging and any other kind of gym movements, the sole won’t get worn out too soon and should last 6 months at least of daily wearing

Iv got 2 pair black& grey i think 90s better more durable sole BUT Excee comfortable keep their shape & im 5.11 im nearly 6.1 with these on lol save cash get excee i got 9.5 as abit narrow on toebox but Excee more affordable
