No they are not remappable you have to send your preset to sage and they will be fixed. But they do have an alternative as well where they put a remappable chip you can try that but it will cost you extra money.

thanks so much, i still have a few questions if you dont mind 1. do we have to assemble it? 2. how are they mapped? as in which back button carries out which function (because i ordered from amazon) 3. how do we communicate with the seller, or whoever, to get the paddles remapped? and bro if you answer this question, ill be so grateful, i wanna spend my money wisely

The communication of the seller is in the description They have a website as well Everything will be assembled by them They have their own number on amazon you can contact them through that
