when the cats stick their paw in the feeder does food come out? i’ve had issues with feeders where more food will come out with certain tricks my cats are too smart.

Our cats have tried everything. It only releases the amount of food I program at the times I state. But they still try to game the system!!! 🤣😂🤣

Does it dispense pretty evenly? Ive heard people complain that it puts too much on one side.

On average yes it is somewhat even. However, what I have found is one cat always leaves their food uneaten.. and the others goes and finishes it up sometime during the day. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching.

How did you get this to pair with your phone? Mine isn’t showing up at all!

It worked perfectly when I bought it... Then it got an update and refused to pair.. and I emailed the company and they worked on it for me and ended up sending out a new one. There was something with their update that stopped my feeder from working. I love the new one again. The cats are hilarious with it.

On the meal set up do you double the quanities? For example, each cat gets 4 feedings of 3/12 each. Do you set up the meal schedule just as 3/12 so each gets the same amount? Sorry math is not my thing 😊

Math is not my thing either! We're doomed!!! Hahahaha Here is what I do.. If each cat eats 2 ounces of kibble.. 3 times a day... I set each feeding for 4 ounces... 3 times a day.. If that makes sense. Thanks for watching and I hope your kitties are amazing!
