Great video, thank you! I am between this one and the pro. I was told the only difference is speed. This one has a single print head vs a double. Not sure it its worth spending the extra money over a few mins.... Are you able to line up different prints with this one back to back or do they have to be one at a time if you have different designs? Thanks again for the video. Very easy instructions to understand. Love your designs as well!

Thank you! I'm very impressed by this machine. Yes you can line up multiple prints at a time. I've printed 5 different designs at one time before. In the software, you just line them up and the machine will print them in one print. You're welcome, I'm so glad you enjoyed!

You skipped where you installed the roller rack and thats what I am having trouble with. Does the rod just sit inside the grooves? Any tips will be helpful please.

Yes the rod sits in the groove. The rod slides through the middle of the film and it's secured with a piece on each end that is screwed to the rod.

Hi, you did not show the paper loading performance step at thet beggining. Have you tried to click on the paper button to see if the printer would load it automatically? :)

Hi! I have not tried the button. I just manually feed the paper, but that's just a personal preference for me.

@@sarahscreativeboutiquellc that's good to hear! I hope you don't mind me asking a question? I've been asking around different people it if essential to leave the printer on the whole time? I get that it needs to circulate the ink but I'm a bit worried for my electric bill. Just wondered what your procedure is

@@martingoodier849 In my opinion, yes it's essential to keep the printer on all the time. Especially for the white ink, it can get clogged very easily so you want it on all the time circulating the ink.

Are you having any flashing lights on your machine when you're trying to print? Or are you having a problem in the program on your computer not wanting to display the print option?

Does your thermostat stay on or shut off automatically

On both machines the thermostat is always on. I haven't ever changed the setting on the dtf printer.
